Princess Family Club Riviera, Playa del Carmen

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the rooms were impressively spacious and kept clean, which made my stay comfortable. The staff, particularly Karla, Rocio, and Ricardo, were super nice and accommodating. However, I found the dining options underwhelming, especially the buffet. Additionally, the location was farther from Cancun than I anticipated, which was a bit inconvenient.
